About Bob Ghelfi, M.D.

Robert Ghelfi, M.D. is the owner and operator of BodyLogicMD of Sacramento and he devotes his practice to treating men and women suffering the many symptoms of hormonal imbalance including, menopause, andropause, mood swings, irritability, low libido, depression, night sweats and fatigue using a combination of bioidentical hormones and customized nutrition and fitness programs.

Dr. Robert Ghelfi is dedicated to helping men and women experiencing the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, find relief from their suffering by leveraging his passion for health and fitness. Dr. Ghelfi treats his patients using a preventive approach, rather than the more reactive.

With a personal passion for daily fitness, he guides his patients to make healthier choices in nutrition and exercise programs and relishes in his ability to give them the tools to sustain their longevity. Dr. Ghelfi is an avid runner and has completed more than 10 marathons.

Dr. Ghelfi received his medical degree from Loma Linda University in California in 1986. In 1987, following a one-year internship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Dr. Robert Ghelfi completed his Residency in Surgery at the University of Utah Affiliated Hospitals in 1991. Dr. Ghelfi then pursued his surgical practice at the Northern California Surgical Group in Redding, CA. Robert Ghelfi, M.D. is board certified in General Surgery. He is an active Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, as well as an active member of the Fellowship for Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
