If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Heat sensitive and perishable products and customized daily packs are not eligible for a return credit. All claims of damage or shortage must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
