About Erin Gagne, N.P.
Erin Gagne is a highly-trained Nurse Practitioner specializing in natural bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and integrative medicine. She helps patients regain their health and embrace a lifestyle that helps prevent disease while using proven therapies for relieving the symptoms of hormone imbalances stemming from menopause, perimenopause, andropause, thyroid disorders, adrenal dysfunction, and more.
Combining her skills as an aging and integrative medicine NP, Erin overarching goal is to help patients achieve optimal wellness, improve longevity, regain youthful energy, achieve hormonal balance and ultimately experience a better quality of life while providing avenues for true disease prevention. Her holistic approach to wellbeing allows her to focus on the person, rather than a set of symptoms, and she believes this personalized approach is what patients need to get well.
In 2008, Erin graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Nursing. After moving to South Carolina and working as a bedside ICU nurse for eight years, Erin knew she wanted to do more. Erin continued her education at Maryville University, where she earned her nurse practitioner graduate degree and graduated Sigma Theta Tau in 2016, and subsequently completed extensive training at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) to specialize in anti-aging, metabolic and integrative medicine.
