Roger Garcia, D.O. believes that one of the universal truths is that mankind is born to enjoy the blessings of a long life and good health. However, a lifetime of poor personal choices, poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress is a proven recipe for chronic disease, disability, and a premature death. The enjoyment of life, especially in the second half of life, will be greatly compromised if one cannot see, if one cannot think, if one’s heart and kidneys do not work or if our bones are broken or fragile. Fortunately, these trends can be reversed and an optimal state of health and wellness reached by embracing a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, fitness, stress reduction, and hormonal balance. Dr. Roger Garcia believes that one’s greatest wealth is health, mind, body and spirit and he has devoted his practice to this philosophy using different modalities for the early detection, prevention, treatment, and reversal of age-related decline.
