Retchen Reis, M.D. is the Medical Director of BodyLogicMD of Charlotte, where she has been helping Charlotteans mitigate the negative effects of menopause and andropause since she opened the doors to her practice in 2013. After spending years in Family Medicine, Dr. Reis grew weary of the reactive approach of traditional medicine. She didn’t like waiting for her patients to experiencing negative symptoms before giving them pills, so she started to become immersed in the proactive approach of integrative medicine. Now, she enjoys helping people achieve and maintain wellness instead of just providing a proverbial Band-Aid. Dr. Reis is Board Certified in Family Medicine, Board Certified in Integrative Medicine by the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), and a member of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine.
