About Marissa Magsino, M.D.

Marissa Magsino, M.D. dedicates her Orlando-based bioidentical hormones practice that she shares with fellow physician and BodyLogicMD Medical Director Jennifer Landa, M.D., to helping her patients overcome health obstacles brought on by the body’s aging process. Dr. Magsino helps women and men find relief from symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as menopause weight gain, adrenal fatigue, low libido, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and depression, using a structured regimen consisting of bioidentical hormone therapy and customized nutrition and fitness programs.

Dr. Magsino practiced Internal Medicine for 15 years before making the decision to transition into integrative and regenerative medicine. Her decision was largely influenced by her desire to help her patients age gracefully, with preventive techniques and proactive care. As a part of the BodyLogicMD network, Dr. Magsino is able work closely with each patient to customize a treatment plan that best suits them, enabling her to treat the individual and not just the symptoms.

Marissa Magsino, M.D. received her undergraduate from the University of the Philippines and completed her doctorate at the University of the East in 1986. Dr. Marissa Magsino fulfilled her Residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, Newark, New Jersey in 1997. Dr. Magsino is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and served as President of the Philippine American Physicians of Central Florida from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Magsino is an active member of the Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Before your visit you’ll spend time on our website completing a thorough questionnaire in the convenience of your home.

At your hour-long initial consultation, your BodyLogicMD physician will meet with you personally to discuss your symptoms, review your results and talk through the appropriate treatment to meet your individualized needs. Our highly experienced physicians undergo hundreds of hours of training in bioidentical hormones and have helped thousands of women and men suffering the symptoms of hormone imbalance.

Finally, if necessary, your BodyLogicMD physician will prescribe the customized compounded bioidentical hormones and other pharmacy-grade supplements for your personalized program. The compounding pharmacy will contact you and send these directly to your home or office as you request.
