AboutKenneth Cintron, M.D.

Although Dr. Kenneth Cintron has always led what many would consider a healthy lifestyle, between managing his practice and personal life, he began experiencing many symptoms commonly associated with hormonal imbalance, such as difficulty concentrating and chronic fatigue. After a great deal of research, he sought out what he considered to be the safest, most effective treatment to treat his symptoms: bioidentical hormone therapy, and experienced tremendous results, both mentally and physically. Dr. Cintron decided to transition into integrative and wellness medicine to provide his patients with the same opportunity to receive preventive treatments and care – instead of resorting to more reactive methods like surgery and prescription drugs. Today, he is pleased to be able to share his experiences and expertise while offering his patients proactive solutions for their health and well being.

As owner and operator of BodyLogicMD of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Kenneth Cintron, M.D., FAAOS, dedicates his Puerto Rico-based bioidentical hormones practice to helping women and men overcome health challenges associated with aging, using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) integrated with customized nutrition and fitness programs. As an anti-aging expert, Dr. Cintron helps his patients find relief from symptoms of hormonal imbalance, such as low libido, weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings, irritability, and chronic fatigue.

Dr. Cintron graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1990 and completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency in 1995. He fulfilled a Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1996. Dr. Cintron was once president of the Puerto Rico Orthopaedic State Society and is an active member of the Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine.

At your hour-long initial consultation, your BodyLogicMD physician will meet with you personally to discuss your symptoms, review your results and talk through the appropriate treatment to meet your individualized needs. Our highly experienced physicians undergo hundreds of hours of training in bioidentical hormones and have helped thousands of women and men suffering the symptoms of hormone imbalance.

Finally, if necessary, your BodyLogicMD physician will prescribe the customized compounded bioidentical hormones and other pharmacy-grade supplements for your personalized program. The compounding pharmacy will contact you and send these directly to your home or office as you request.
