About Joseph Kaye, M.D.

As owner of BodyLogicMD of Boston, Dr. Kaye dedicates his New England Integrative Internal Medicine practice to guiding his patients through the process of healthy aging and helping them to alleviate or reverse chronic illness. He helps women and men find relief from symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as low libido, weight gain, irritability, depression, hot flashes and loss of muscle mass. Dr. Kaye offers his patients bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and customized nutrition, supplement, and fitness programs as well as standard and complementary medical treatment. Using advanced laboratory, genomic, and physical testing, Dr. Kaye and his associates attempt to identify unsuspected causes of chronic conditions, which can then be corrected, returning his patients to a state of wellness and vitality. Dr. Kaye has trained in Mind-Body Medicine through Harvard and uses Meditation, Biofeedback, and Stress Management in his practice.

Dr. Kaye practices what he advocates to his patients and can discuss the BodyLogicMD program from his experience as a patient. He exercises daily, follows a prudent low-stress/nontoxic lifestyle, eats a healthy diet with appropriate supplementation and has been treated with HRT since 2005.

Joseph Kaye, M.D. received his Bachelors in Science, Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University and graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College in 1989. He has completed a Surgery Internship, residencies in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, and has obtained extensive postgraduate training and board-certification in Integrative and Holistic Medicine. He is a member of the Sigma Xi and Alpha Omega Alpha scientific and medical honor societies, a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Holistic Medical Association and the Institute for Functional Medicine.

At your hour-long initial consultation, your BodyLogicMD physician will meet with you personally to discuss your symptoms, review your results and talk through the appropriate treatment to meet your individualized needs. Finally, if necessary, your BodyLogicMD physician will prescribe the customized compounded bioidentical hormones and other pharmacy-grade supplements for your personalized program. The compounding pharmacy will contact you and send these directly to your home or office as you request.
