While she is not a doctor or nutritionist, Lisa Lillien is obsessed with food and is always trying to find ways to eat her favorite fatty foods without gaining the fat along with it. Her book includes recipes along with tips and survival strategies for eating when away from home. In general, Hungry Girl fulfills the need of many women, which is to have meals and snacks that are the healthier versions of the real thing.
