Saturated fat is a hoax in the medical industry. We are told that is causes heart disease and many other medical illnesses but actually saturated fats are a key to good health.
Mankind has survived on saturated fats for many generations. They depended on these fats to nourish their bodies by giving them energy. But recently our generation has turned away from these natural fats and moved toward vegetable oils. With that comment in mind, the explosion of degenerative conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer have erupted.
The following reasons support the fact that saturated fat should find a way into everybody's diet:

The logic is hard to miss. We have been told that saturated fats lesson our bones and it isn't good for our brains. However, it is vital for our bodies to function flawlessly.
