According to a study that was recently published in the January 2010 issue of Archives in Neurology, researchers have found that men and women that suffer from mild cognitive impairment can reduce their risk of this to progressing to worse forms by exercising for 45 – 60 minutes a day, at least 4 times a week.

Mild Cognitive impairment is the state between normal thinking, learning and memory changes that can eventual progress to dementia with age. However, according to the University of Washington researchers, staying active can create changes and improve the cognitive function and the body’s production of insulin, glucose and the stress hormone cortisol to craft a healthy body and life.
