San Diego, CA - May 9, 2008 - BodyLogicMD announces today the opening of Dr. Steve Center’s office in San Diego – California’s second largest city.  BodyLogicMD is a network of highly trained anti-aging physicians specializing in bioidentical hormone therapy, fitness and nutrition for men and women suffering from the symptoms of hormonal imbalances, menopause and andropause (the male menopause).

Steve Center, MD, practices anti-aging and integrative medicine in San Diego, California. Dr. Center has been practicing holistically oriented family medicine since 1986, with an emphasis on natural healing methods for acute and chronic pain and functional disorders.

Dr. Center was board certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine in 2003, has been a board examiner since 2004, and is in training to complete his fellowship in anti-aging medicine, which he has practiced since 1998. He has practiced homotoxicology since 1993 and is a national and international speaker for Heel, Inc, whose goal is to build a bridge between homeopathy and conventional medicine.

Dr. Center has given public and professional presentations on four continents concerning anti-aging, natural wellness, and pain therapies. His most recent medical article on natural growth factor replacement was published in the annual journal of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, where he was also a poster presenter.

He worked as an emergency physician at a regional trauma center and later served as a flight surgeon for two years. He has been an active staff member at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California for 16 years.

His undergraduate education was at the University of Michigan and he attended medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He interned in general surgery at University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Medical Center and his residency in orthopedic surgery was at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
